Micah possesses extensive experience in English language instruction, specializing in both English as a Native Language (ENL) and English as a Second Language (ESL) methodologies across various face-to-face and online settings to diverse foreign nationals, including Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Turkish, and Vietnamese, ranging from elementary students to business leaders. She has passed the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board Licensure Examination for Psychologists and Psychometricians (BLEPP) in 2016 and the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LET) in 2018, which certify her foundational professional knowledge in effective and inclusive education.

Since 2022, she has committed to Korean linguistic and cultural immersions so that she successfully passed both TOPIK I and EPS-TOPIK in 2024 which are respectively accredited by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL) of the Republic of Korea. Through the King Sejong Institute Foundation (세종학당재단), specifically via the Korean Cultural Center in the Philippines (KCC), she became a Top Student Awardee in one of the rigorous Korean language courses while joining the K-Influencer Academy of the Korean Culture and Information Service (KOCIS) and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST), and the Korean literary book club, Taekwondo, traditional dance, and Korean cooking of KCC.
